I looked everywhere for a Medical Assistant program when I found Ross. The staff is friendly, funny, supportive, and very helpful. They accept VA benefits and off campus financial aid is very helpful too! The classrooms are clean and spacious. The instructors are very helpful and knowledgeable the field. Ross offers several programs but Medical Assistant and Dental Assistant (wish they'd bring Veterinary Assistant to the campus) the more active ones. I also like that you have options to when you can attend. With Day, Afternoon, and Evening options as an in-ground, hybrid, or online student, you can make it fit your schedule.

I've had a wonderful time at Ross. I would highly recommend this school to anyone. The staff and teachers are so wonderful and helpful, Mrs. J helped me overcome several things I had standing in my way. If it wasn't for her pushing me to try and do my best I wouldn't have made it without her.

I was skeptical about starting back to school at my age, ( I am 35), but after I did it was the one of the best decisions I had made in a long time. I would recommend anyone who wants a career in the Medical field to consider Ross. There is a lot of hands on experience and the staff is wonderful. They are very attentive and want you to learn and succeed and do your best. Thank you Ross for a life changing experience you have helped me with.

This is a very good school and they are very supportive and receptive to student needs. The pharmacy tech teacher is very helpful and knowledgeable with the degree to back it up. Overall, it has been a good experience for me and my fellow classmates. The administration could use some work in terms of student support.

My experience at Ross has been great. I have made life long friends and the instructors have taught me so much. Ross staff are wonderful and truly go above and beyond to help you get your career started. The only downside is that the 8 month education really isn't worth the thousands of dollars you owe in the end. For the price of my certification I could've went to NESCC for 3 semesters or ETSU for 2. I highly recommend doing the financial research before agreeing to anything.
